In addition to engineering and prototyping, United Brass Works also offers 3D modeling services to assist our customers trying to improve their designs, as well as to find ways to better adjust our own products to specific applications.

Rapid prototyping is one of the ways that we push for more innovation for our products and our customers’ quickly and efficiently. 

Our engineers are equipped with some of the best 3D Modeling software to quickly and efficiently create low volumes of physical prototypes that we or our partners can then use in testing and product development phases. Our engineers use various CAD/CAM systems to quickly make and translate three dimensional models into instructions for actually manufacturing the prototype component. We also have ESI Quickcast simulation software to digitally test and examine the designs for precision and functionality before the instructions even go to a CNC machine. We then use one of the machines in our vast CNC department to quickly bring those designs to life. The result is a prototype part that can be used for product development, testing, and planning for prototype-to-production scaling.
