The mixer’s precise control over the blending process creates a uniform sand mixture that enhances the mold’s strength and integrity. This consistency is crucial for producing high-quality castings for small, simple components or large complex parts.

Green Sand Controls Compatibility and Automatic Moisture Control System

The Green Sand Controls Compatibility and Automatic Moisture Control System continuously monitors and adjusts the sand’s compactibility and moisture content, ensuring that it maintains its ideal properties throughout the molding process. 

Proper moisture levels and compatibility are essential for creating strong and flexible molds. Perfect sand makes molds less likely to develop defects such as cracks or surface imperfections in the final casting. 

Full Sand Lab

To maintain the highest quality standards, our facility includes a full sand lab equipped with the latest, most reliable testing equipment. We conduct a comprehensive analysis of the sand, including testing grain size distribution, moisture content, and clay content.
