Keystone Foundry Division
Precision Bronze Casting Since 1887
There’s more to being a foundry than pouring metal. Our Keystone foundry division produces high-quality, pressure-tight castings in a variety of red brass alloys such as CDA 836, CDA 844, and CDA 922, as well as aluminum bronze, manganese bronze, and a variety of lead-free alloys.
Our capabilities include pattern equipment design, stereo lithography, and solid modeling. Our in-house pattern and tool shop enables on-site repair, maintenance, or modifications to match plates and core boxes. We also offer complete machining capabilities, pressure testing, and impregnation services.
Machining and Assembly
United Brass Works offers more than valves. Along with our Keystone Foundry division, we produce custom brass and bronze castings and cast and machined products for the OEM market. As a full-service industrial valve manufacturer, we can produce a wide range of custom-designed products made from red bronze casting materials or any bar stock materials for a variety of markets and applications.
